Mechanic
As a Senior Packaging Mechanic, you will lead a lean crew of 5–10 mechanics, setting up, operating, and troubleshooting packaging equipment. Your expertise will optimize efficiency, minimize waste, and uphold rigorous compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead setup, tooling, and changeovers on packaging lines (blister, bottling, pouch, carton, conveyors).
Configure process parameters per documented specifications.
Diagnose and repair mechanical issues; ensure machine uptime.
Collaborate with QA to resolve print and packaging quality issues.
Oversee continuous inkjet, thermal inkjet, UV printers, blister packers, bottle fillers, cartoners, vision systems.
Monitor efficiency metrics and drive waste minimization.
Complete and maintain machine documentation and batch records.
Train and coach operators and junior mechanics.
Support adherence to cGMP, DEA, OSHA, and machine safety standards.
Authorize line clearances and ensure compliance.
Recommend process improvements, retrofits, or new equipment.
Execute additional duties as assigned by the Director of Operations.
Required Skills & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent.
3–5 years in packaging/mechanical environment.
Hands-on experience with PLCs and automation.
Proficiency in continuous inkjet, thermal inkjet, UV printers, cartoners, bottle fillers, and vision systems.
Strong troubleshooting, leadership, training, and documentation skills.
Working knowledge of cGMP, DEA, OSHA, and machine safety rules.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, moderate-to-high-noise manufacturing setting.

As a QA Inspector your primary responsibility is to perform all In-process and Finished Goods inspections. The QA Inspector facilitates and approves line clearance and reconciles all documents, components, and finished goods labeling with the packaging order, and ensures that all equipment is properly calibrated. Broadly, QA Inspectors are gatekeepers for cGMP compliance. Previous experience in a cGMP packaging or manufacturing industry is preferred. Candidates must demonstrate attention to detail and proficiency in basic math.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Serialization Technician to join our Packaging Operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and configuring software and hardware systems to ensure the accurate serialization, verification, and aggregation of pharmaceutical products in compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities:
• Configure and maintain packaging line equipment to ensure correct serialization and aggregation of products.
• Provide on-site technical support for serialization equipment, including troubleshooting software and hardware issues.
• Verify serialization product templates in Systech Guardian, ensuring alignment with customer specifications, GS1 standards, and GMP requirements.
• Set up line-level software and hardware, including printers, inspection cameras, and barcode scanners, to ensure accurate data printing and verification.
• Ensure that all serialization equipment operates within specified parameters to maintain product integrity and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve serialization-related issues promptly.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field or a minimum of 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical serialization processes.
• Proficiency in serialization software, particularly Systech Guardian.
• Strong understanding of GS1 standards and GMP requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.
